Alice Rosmaninho
Alice is our modern-day Rosie the Riveter: strong, hands-on, and a true doer.
She joined us to establish a new hydraulic department and has conquered every challenge in just a few months. Alice is our BIM rocketship and an AI innovator, mastering every tool we have, constantly pushing boundaries, and never slowing down. She is an absolute powerhouse.
She came to move plann into the future, but the future is already exhausted. The future asked us, politely, to pause Alice for a while.
She is a force of nature, a dedicated team player, tireless, and exceptionally reliable. It is a privilege for Plann to have Alice on the team.
André Areias
André is our retail expert. Not because he loves shopping, but because he designs retail spaces with precision. If you want to annoy him, just tell him to change the slope of a steel roof.
He’s an extremely dedicated team member, always ready to take on new challenges and a true people person. He's exceptionally kind to our clients, super helpful, and always delivers his best. He has an unparalleled work ethic, unless you bribe him with a rare and expensive bottle of Douro wine.
Élio Maia
Élio is our humble rockstar. If he reads this, he’ll probably add "add a rock to a star" to our backlog! He is, quite simply, the most trustworthy person you will ever meet. He lights up like a little kid at every crazy idea we throw his way. Always ready to collaborate, his extreme empathy makes every team he joins blossom. He's a prodigious learner, able to master any new topic with incredible speed.
His profound humanity is his true superpower. A great listener, sincere, and genuinely kind. This rare combination, his technical excellence, sharp analytic mind, and forward-thinking approach, aligned with his deep personal skills, makes him the very best person you could hope to work with.
Evee
Evee is our star member. She loves people (more than we do, sometimes…). And people visit our office just to rub her. And she loves it.
She spends every morning right outside our office door, sharing love and embodying Plann's culture with everyone who walks by. She truly is our best brand ambassador. Sharing love, respect, and empathy—that's the heart of what Plann is all about.
In the afternoons, well… that’s her time for a well-deserved nap. And yes, she snores!
Gabriel Alves
Gabriel is our speed runner. Not only in his running shoes, but in front of the computer. You’ll find him in his headphones working like he’s running for a marathon. Every single day. Again. Every single day. Not even on leg days at the gym, he stops at the office.
He possesses the most remarkable accuracy. He can move with incredible speed without sacrificing precision or making mistakes. His results-driven mindset (to work and in life), makes him a stellar professional at any job. He builds Revit models at speed light while designing structures in Robot with the other hand. At the same time.
When we’re in trouble (or short on time) in any project - here goes Gabriel to save the day. A team is not complete without Gabriel.
Karim Costa
Karim is the newest member of the team. He may be quiet, but did you know that the quiet ones are often the people who change the world?
As a geotechnical engineer, Karim came to shake things up (Shake. Earthquake. Got it?).
We used to be sleepless, worried that our structures could collapse into the earth (shhh, don’t tell our clients), so Karim is now the most requested team member internally. These structural guys are so insecure...
He is kind, reliable, independent, and a self-learner. We keep discovering new things about him every day. Did you know he has a history of art degree? Hmm, perhaps that's why his previous job was drilling holes for Metro do Porto. Were you searching for lost art treasures, Indiana Jones?
Luís Correia
The boss did not want to change his text so the team had to step in and write this one.
Legend has it (and we can confirm) that Luis is an excellent structural engineer, a great project coordinator and he is amazing at thinking outside the box.
Methodical, extremely organized, but above all, the best mentor any of us could have. He teaches, challenges and brings the best of all of us, making sure no one gets left behind.
Known as “the Boss”, he is all but the typical boss. He is a true leader that shows us the way and walks (or runs) beside us.
Bringing a lot of positive energy, he motivates us and guarantees that working at Plann is an amazing experience (we promise he didn’t make us write this).
The only moment you might see Luis in a (slightly) bad mood is when his favourite football team loses a match.
We then have the classic mystery, how can someone fit 48 hours in a single day and never fail to anyone? Clients, team, friends and especially his family.
Luis’ task list never ends, but essentially it comes down to two things: creating a great company in the engineering field, with a great positive impact, professionally and socially, and to improve the world around him a little bit, day by day.
We are very happy to have Luis as our leader. Keep up the amazing work boss!
Manuel Sardinha
Manuel is our logger. No, he’s not destroying trees, it’s just that he logs everything. If it happened, Manuel wrote somewhere in Notion.
He’s extremely organized. So extreme, that IKEA needed to pay royalties to Manuel just to use the term “organizers” in their wardrobe drawers.
His passion for his loved ones is contagious, and it’s clear that they are his biggest driving force. But don’t let his dad-energy fool you—Manuel is razor-sharp when it comes to problem-solving, with a natural ability to grasp complex topics and turn them into clear, actionable solutions.
He brings both precision and commitment to everything he does. When he’s not deep in a project, you might find him on his skateboard, proving that balance isn’t just for life but also for the streets. Reliable, focused, and an all-around great teammate, Manuel is the perfect mix of responsibility and good vibes.
Ricardo Rodrigues
Ricardo is our human Evee, and everyone absolutely adores him. Not a single client has ever said a negative word about Ricardo. We often tell people that Ricardo’s waiting list is longer than the queue for a Bad Bunny concert!
He truly is the calmest person you could ever meet. In fact, some people joke that certain sedatives have a 30mg dose of "Ricardo" as an active ingredient.
He’s the ideal team member. He adapts seamlessly to any role, helps every teammate with a genuine smile, and is the most humble and dedicated person you could hope to work alongside.
And at a group dinner, he's the one who brings the most fun, silently captivating the room with his incredibly sharp humour.

We love numbers and we are extremely analytical. We count work hours, non billable hours - where we prepare the future - productivity and so on. We use OKRs methodology, work in SCRUM, do retrospectives and other cool stuff so we don't get bored. Here's a few of them.
