Spontaneous application
We’re not actively hiring, but we’re always open to welcoming new team members with the following profiles.

Civil Engineer, Hydraulic Systems Designer
We’re a little out of our depth here. We’ve mastered the art of keeping buildings from collapsing (we hope), but when it comes to things that flow… that’s not really our thing.
That’s where you come in. We need someone who knows their way around the wonderful world of liquids. You’ll have a blank sheet of paper and pencils in every colour you could possibly need. Go make some magic.
Of course, you’ll need plenty of experience designing hydraulic building services for hospitality, residential, healthcare and commercial projects. You’ll be your own boss. And if you don’t make a mess of things (unless it’s in the water supply), you’ll eventually lead your own team as the company grows.
Here, BIM is king. We pledge allegiance to Revit and keep marching towards the future. So you’ll need to be comfortable being outside your comfort zone. Comfortable enough, anyway. ;)
What we’re looking for: Excellent technical foundations in hydraulic building services (hopefully you were a good student — this part we can’t teach you); Solid command of Revit; The ability to develop tools and automate things; An unusual ability to learn new things; Near-paranormal written and verbal communication skills (not with spirits, though. Wrong kind of paranormal.)
If that sounds suspiciously like you, why not click that big yellow button just to the left of this silly text?
Junior Civil Engineer, Wannabe Structural Designer (who doesn’t?)
Now this is our thing. We’ve built up quite a serious amount of knowledge across the wonderfully complicated world of structural engineering.
Here, you’ll have everything you need to grow. You’ll learn how to model structures in BIM, design buildings in different materials, deal with seismic design in earthquake zones straight from hell, and even analyse existing structures using nonlinear analysis — before figuring out how to make them stronger.
We’re looking for curious, restless people who want to change the world. You’ll find an environment that encourages experimentation and new ideas.
But there’s one catch: you’ll need to arrive with your theoretical foundations nice and solid.
You’ll work with structural analysis tools such as Autodesk Robot, ETABS, 3Muri and Seismobuild. You’ll learn to program with Python, Dynamo and VBA. You’ll model buildings in Revit, right down to the reinforcement details.
We’re looking for competence, discipline, dedication and a genuine desire to help the company grow.
Civil Engineer, Structural Designer
This is our core business. And we’re always looking for good people to help us raise the bar.
We’re looking for proven experience in the design of foundations, structural systems and retaining structures for residential and hospitality buildings — preferably projects with some serious scale to them.
You should be comfortable with the structural Eurocodes, including seismic design of reinforced concrete buildings and the assessment of seismic vulnerability in existing buildings.
Experience with structural analysis tools such as SAP, Robot or ETABS is essential. Knowledge of nonlinear static analysis tools such as SeismoStruct or 3Muri is a big plus.
Experience across the full design process — from early structural concepts and Revit modelling to reinforcement detailing — is also important.
We’re looking for competence, discipline, dedication and a genuine desire to help the company grow.
Project Coordinator & Team Lead, with a sprinkle of BIM
We’re always open to fresh blood. The metaphorical kind, obviously.
We’re looking for empathetic, communicative and dedicated leaders to join us.
Coordination here means getting your hands dirty. Coordinating different disciplines, running clash detection, working with Revit, Navisworks, and whatever else is needed to make sure everything actually fits together.
It’s *almost* BIM Management. But since most of our projects are still medium-scale, we’ll walk towards the future together.
We’ve got exciting opportunities ahead, challenging projects and a plan to take over the world.
Well… maybe not the whole world. We’re easily excited.
Your focus will be helping the company grow: getting the house in order, organising teams, automating tasks and making sure the whole machine runs beautifully.
You’ll need proven experience coordinating engineering projects, leading project teams and, ideally, at least a small desire to change the world.
Civil Engineer, Specialty Designer
Around here, we mostly do structures. But we think it’s time to start expanding sideways. ;)
We’re looking for someone with experience in hydraulic building services, gas systems and ideally a few other building services disciplines too.
The important stuff: you should be able to independently develop hydraulic building services projects for residential, commercial and service buildings. Experience with healthcare and hospitality projects is particularly important.
Experience with Revit, hydraulic infrastructure projects and other building services disciplines is a big plus.
Think this could be you? You’ll have plenty of freedom to lead, build and grow your own team.
